Our team is specialized in financial (re)structuring of companies; financing of mergers and acquisitions, as well as financing of projects and fundraising for companies, assets and projects in major capital markets worldwide through securitization and public or private placement. During this period of more than 60 years of experience, we have worked with more than 100 companies, bringing growth, formalization, professionalization, process improvement and profit growth by an average of more than 50%. Since small teams up to 6,000 employees, we are prepared to manage these companies with excellence. Our main focus is to bring together all the knowledge, experiences and specialties of our team to achieve successful results. From now on, we want to achieve success by carrying out projects to improve financial performance in dozens of SMEs – small and medium-sized enterprises – where we will participate actively and personally in the decision-making processes as consultants and mentors. |
